Vayura Global operates under internationally recognized trade terms (Incoterms 2020). All quotation and execution agreements are subject to the specific jurisdictional laws of the transacting region, primarily governed by the High Court of Mumbai for Indian operations.

While we facilitate sourcing through strictly vetted manufacturer networks, the final product specifications are governed by the signed Quality Agreement (QA) between the buyer and the manufacturing unit. Vayura serves as the orchestrator and compliance monitor.
